Musee des Arts et Meiters

After we visited Biologique Recherche we visited the Musee des Arts et Meiters. The museum itself was beautiful. Inside there was a collection of inventions and innovations by French citizens.

The two inventions that I found most surprising were waterproof mascara and paper aluminum.

Paper aluminum was invented in 1932.

Waterproof mascara was invented in 1936. The inventor was a French woman named Helen Rubenstein. She named her product “long lashes”.

The inside of the museum was amazing.
