Today was wonderful. We started our day with our usual breakfast. All of us made it on time this morning! We did a lot of sightseeing today. Although we did see the negative sides of France and its tourism. There are a lot of hustlers in France who target tourists and harassed them. This was very difficult to watch. On the positive side as soon as the police came they ran away. I think this is an issue they definitely need to work on. After we had a few incidents with the hustlers we enjoyed hot chocolate and coffee. We also had a beautiful view to go along with. One French man was so kid, when he saw us admiring his puppy he brought it over for us to pet. Next we went to a cooking class. We arrived about an hour and a half early so we went to see the Presidential Palace. Although many plants and trees hide it it was a really neat experience. The cooking class was also amazing. We made shrimp and rice with peas. The chef only spoke French so the language barrier was very intimidating. However our food turned out great. My favorite part was decorating the plates. It was really neat because they also sold the sauces we used and an assortment of cookbooks. Next it was time to climb the Arc De Triumph. This was not as easy as expected. It was a spiral staircase all the way to the top. I was quite sore after but the views were worth it. Next we went into Louis Vuitton. It was insane. Everything was so expensive. The store was three stories with anything you could imagine including a Louis Vuitton punching bag. Then we went into a car showroom on the same street as Louis Vuitton. The showroom was gorgeous. Next we had a quick dinner at an Irish restaurant. The food was great. I had a chicken club. Everything is so fresh here. Even the mayon is better! The end of the day was by far the best part! We went to a comedy show. It was called how to become a Parisian in an hour. Shirley was my favorite part. I also thought the difference between a French girl and an American dancing was hilarious. I also loved his dances to single ladies and give me more. The show could not have been any better! It was nice seeing more aspects to business in France besides history. The history here is incredible but the comedy show was a nice change of pace. Tomorrow we go to Versailles I cant wait!
